Welcome to Bless Beauty GB.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bless Beauty GB website, online store, physical retail store, products, services, content, promotions, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
Bless Beauty GB operates both a physical retail location and an online store. By accessing or using our website, visiting or making a purchase from our physical store, placing an order online, creating an account, submitting information, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced or incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
These Terms apply to both online and in-store transactions unless a particular provision expressly applies only to online purchases or only to in-store purchases.

Bless Beauty GB offers beauty and personal-care products and may also offer hair products, wigs, hair extensions, braiding and crochet hair, beauty accessories, cosmetics, apparel, shapewear, beauty devices, and other merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, prices, specifications, availability, and other information displayed online are accurate.
However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, packaging, manufacturing variations, and other factors.
Product packaging, labels, ingredients, colors, styles, sizes, and other product characteristics may change from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every product description, photograph, or other information on our website will always be complete, current, or error-free.
If a product is materially different from its description, your rights will be governed by our applicable Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Certain beauty, cosmetic, hair, apparel, shapewear, electronic, or personal-care products may not be appropriate for every individual.
Bless Beauty GB does not provide medical, dermatological, nutritional, or other professional medical advice through its website, social-media content, product descriptions, or Services.
Information provided by Bless Beauty GB about a product is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or other licensed professional.
Customers should discontinue use of any product that causes an unexpected or adverse reaction and seek appropriate professional assistance when necessary.
Where a product is manufactured by a third party, customers should also review the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and labeling.
SECTION 5 – PRICES, AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
All prices displayed by Bless Beauty GB are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, product availability, promotions, discounts, and other offerings at any time.
Prices displayed online may differ from prices, promotions, or availability in our physical store unless expressly stated otherwise.
We do not guarantee that any product will remain available for a particular period of time.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by a customer, household, account, address, or transaction when reasonably necessary, including to prevent fraud, abuse, resale activity, or unusual purchasing activity.
If a pricing or product-information error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or adjust an affected order.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to our business name, trademarks, logos, branding, product and service names, website design, text, displays, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, product descriptions, original marketing materials, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by Bless Beauty GB or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use our website and content for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, republish, transmit, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
You may not use the Bless Beauty GB name, logo, branding, photographs, marketing materials, or other proprietary content in a manner that suggests an unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Bless Beauty GB and its applicable licensors.
SECTION 7 – ONLINE ORDERS AND PURCHASES
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms and our applicable policies.
After you place an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or that the products are guaranteed to be available.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for lawful reasons, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limitations, or unusual purchasing activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and our applicable policies.
SECTION 8 – PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION
We accept payment methods made available through our physical store and online store.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You authorize Bless Beauty GB and applicable payment processors to process the amount associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other authorized charges.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. We do not control the internal systems, policies, or practices of independent payment processors.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and to promptly update information when necessary.
We may decline or cancel transactions where payment cannot be properly authorized or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
SECTION 9 – ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Once an online order has been submitted, we may begin processing it promptly.
Customers should contact Bless Beauty GB as soon as possible if they need to request a change or cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing or shipment has begun.
An order may not be cancelled merely because a customer changes their mind after the order has entered processing, except where permitted by our Return and Refund Policy or applicable law.
In-store purchases may be subject to different cancellation, return, exchange, or refund procedures than online purchases.
The applicable policy presented or provided at the time of purchase will govern, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 10 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Bless Beauty GB Return and Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Because certain products may be subject to hygiene, health, safety, packaging, or resale considerations, some products may be final sale or subject to special return restrictions.
Products that have been worn, used, altered, washed, opened, damaged, or otherwise handled in a manner that prevents resale may not qualify for return or exchange when permitted by applicable law and our posted policy.
For online purchases, customers may be required to follow our return instructions and obtain any required return authorization before sending merchandise back.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Return and Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 11 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND LOCAL PICKUP
Bless Beauty GB may offer shipping and, where available, local pickup or other fulfillment options.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery dates may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, supply issues, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is also subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
Customers should promptly report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments in accordance with our shipping and return procedures.
SECTION 12 – IN-STORE PURCHASES AND STORE POLICIES
Purchases made at the Bless Beauty GB physical retail location may be subject to store-specific procedures concerning payment, returns, exchanges, promotions, pricing, product availability, and customer service.
Unless otherwise stated, an online promotion does not automatically apply to in-store purchases, and an in-store promotion does not automatically apply online.
Promotional terms, posted signs, receipts, advertisements, and applicable policies may establish additional conditions for particular offers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or promotional errors and to refuse promotional abuse, including unauthorized duplication or misuse of promotional codes.
SECTION 13 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
From time to time, Bless Beauty GB may offer discounts, promotional codes, sales, coupons, loyalty offers, giveaways, influencer promotions, or other promotional programs.
Each promotion may have its own terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, purchase requirements, or other restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined.
Promotional codes may be limited to one use per customer, household, account, or transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a promotion when reasonably necessary, including in response to technical errors, fraud, abuse, or circumstances beyond our control.
Promotional discounts have no cash value unless expressly required by applicable law.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and that the content does not violate the rights of another person.
You grant Bless Beauty GB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, and distribute submitted content in connection with our business, marketing, website, social-media channels, advertising, and promotional activities, subject to applicable law.
We are not required to publish any submitted content.
We may remove or decline to publish content that we believe is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, irrelevant, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or private information in a public review or comment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or unlawful activity.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bless Beauty GB and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:
(1) your breach of these Terms;
(2) your violation of applicable law;
(3) your violation of the rights of another person;
(4) your misuse of our Services;
(5) fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity associated with your use of the Services; or
(6) content or information that you submit to Bless Beauty GB that violates the rights of another person.
We will provide notice of an indemnifiable claim when reasonably practicable. A failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by the delay.
Where appropriate, Bless Beauty GB may participate in the defense or settlement of an indemnified claim.
You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of an indemnified claim.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If the provision cannot be enforced, it shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of Bless Beauty GB to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies or rules expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bless Beauty GB regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals concerning the same subject matter.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy that expressly governs a particular transaction or subject matter, the more specific policy will control to the extent of the conflict.
Any ambiguities in these Terms shall not automatically be construed against Bless Beauty GB solely because Bless Beauty GB drafted or published the Terms.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Bless Beauty GB.
Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this Section is void.
Bless Beauty GB may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, business transfer, or other lawful transaction, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or purchase of products from Bless Beauty GB shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your transactions with Bless Beauty GB shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas and, where legally permissible, in the county in which Bless Beauty GB is headquartered.
You and Bless Beauty GB consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Section is intended to waive any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only.
Headings do not limit, expand, or otherwise affect the meaning, interpretation, or enforceability of any provision of these Terms.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You may review the most current version of these Terms at any time on our website.
Bless Beauty GB reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms when reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to our business, Services, products, technology, legal requirements, or policies.
When required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes will become effective on the date stated in the updated Terms or notice.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
